The Count was thoroughly annoyed that he'd allowed knowledge of his surveillance network to be included in the settlement when Tatsumi blackmailed him. Not just because it allowed someone else to see all of the glorious images he captured - but it also annoyed him that every time he logged into the network, he found he had to send someone to reposition the cameras that he'd set to cover Tsuzuki's office space.

"...Shameless pervert."

Likewise, it annoyed Tatsumi that nearly every time he logged into the network, he himself had to reposition the cameras to cover the laboratory instead.
